Interest Rate Certification

Financial institutions that wish to become eligible to participate in Pennsylvania’s IOLTA program must complete a Certification pursuant to 204 Pa. Code § 81.106(c) and § 81.306(c).

This Certification must be submitted prior to being approved and any time thereafter when the financial institution wishes to lower its Pennsylvania IOLTA rate, or when the interest rates for any of the interest bearing deposit products described in the Board’s Guidance Bulletin 2024-03: Interest Rate Comparability Compliance exceed the last certified IOLTA rate.
